If your tour or charter cannot proceed due to severe weather warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency (such as typhoons, heavy snowstorms, or major expressway closures) or canceled connecting flights/trains, you are entitled to:
- 100% Full Refund: Received with zero administrative penalty, OR
- Complimentary Rescheduling: Shift your booking to any alternate available date during your Japan holiday.
